  Chris at Hansen Insurance in Watsonville, CA went the long mile to help me correct big a National Flood Insurance error in billing. This was not an easy process. As you can imagine, there were many departments to connect with to try to unravel where the error was made and to get the substantial refund the Flood Insurance folks owed me. Thank you, Chris!!   This could be a lovely spot, especially for a family get together. However, we stayed in Pelican 21 & 26 for a big family celebration and both condos were terrible. Pelican 21 advertised a sleeper sofa and there was only a love seat in the living room which I had to sleep on. My legs hung off and I had 5 nights of sleeping on this! The unit was unkept and not very clean at all. You couldn't get out the sliding glass door because the handle was broken then we found a screwdriver laying on the fireplace mantle that we had to use to get out which was extremely dangerous in case of a fire! The cabinets were filthy with nasty debris and junk underneath them, the bathrooms were especially dirty under the cabinets with a broken toilet brush just thrown under there. The coffee maker was ancient and exploded coffee all over the counter, the walls were all dirty and marked up. The area outside our front door was dirty with trash and just junk sitting there. The furniture was old and tired and the ktichen was super unorganized and had not been gone through in years. I was told I would be given a credit for having no sleep sofa as I was told but it never came through so I had to call about it 10 days almost 2 weeks after my return home. I'm waiting for it to go through now. Pelican 26 had a shower that was "our of order" which was tough for 11 people, the deck supports were broken and were rusted through so we did not sit up on the deck NOR did we sit underneath it on the lower level because it was extremely dangerous. We had to call them to tell them to come right away to repair it. The dishwasher was broken which they were aware of before we checked in and it took 2 days of us bugging them to replace it then they left the broken one right at the entrance of the front door where 20 of us were coming and going! The kitchen was lacking big time in supplies,etc and was dirty. There were NO towels for the kitchen and minimal towels in the unit for 11 people. I would say the management, the cleaning company and the owners do not care about these places and are letting them get run into the ground. If they would have been updated, clean and organized....the spot could have been quite nice.

  I've been with this bank for over twenty years. It has always been a good bank. Even my Dad bank there until he pass away. The bank help us threw all the paperwork that had to be done. In my book, JP Morgan Chase is number one.

  I don't even want to give a star at this point.... Sat with my child after working an 8 hour shift for 2 hours!!!! Unacceptable! Among all the other children sitting in office. Scheduled my appointment for 330 was left a voicemail to come at 230 and by 4 pm still not seen!!! Then to be told they had my scheduled at 345! Um no I'm not stupid I know what time my appointment was and it was 330! I have never been treated si rudely nor have I ever sat in a drs office for so long!!! But they want to charge you if you are 5 min late! Really backwards if you ask me! I should charge them for wasting my time... I have things to do besides sit in a disruptive dr ok office for 2 hours!!! Very unsatisfied! I guess you have to be Mexican to be treated with respect... I was treated as if I was lying this place is a joke!
